Bad (train) Vibrations: Queens Road Area meeting 16th Jan 6.30pm
Last year residents contacted Stella Creasey about concerns about the impact of trains running along tracks near their houses. They were concerned both about the impact of vibrations on their houses and the noise being generated.
Network Rail has now produced a detailed technical report into the concerns about the impact of vibration on local residents in the Queens Road area. The report summarises the third phase of investigation into complaints of vibration from the Gospel Oak to Barking line, which connects Gospels Oak in North London to Barking in East London. There will be a meeting to discuss the impact of the Railway vibrations with Network Rail and the engineers who conducted this research on Thursday 16thJanuary at 6.30-8pm at the Walthamstow Central Library. All local residents are welcome. If you would like to attend this meeting please email Richard in my team to rsvp or call 020 8521 1223.
